01. The order
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the ‘Orders’ section. If your items have already been shipped, you will see an estimated delivery date there. Please note that this date is a best estimate and actual delivery times may vary.
How can I track my order??
After your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this tracking number on our website’s tracking page or enter it on the shipping carrier’s website to stay updated on your shipment’s progress.
02. Tracking & Delivery
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We are only able to change the address before the order is shipped. Once an order is on its way, we unfortunately cannot alter the delivery address.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with details to track your package.
03. Returns & exchanges
How long do I have to return?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for eligible items. If you need to return an item, please ensure you do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
How can I order a replacement part?
